Around 1880, hand pullled rickshaws (also called Tana Rickshaws) appeared in India, first in Simla. At the turn of the century it was introduced in Kolkata, and in 1914 it was a conveyance for hire. The last bastion of human powered Tana rickshaws took off the streets after its ban in India, in 2015. This collection of laptop messenger bags features an artistically reworked image of a sleeping puller on one of these hand pulled rickshaws. The bag has a faux leather built, and ample storage space.
