The E-Gift voucher is redeemable only at indiacircus.com, and not at retail stores.

These e-Gift Vouchers shall have a validity period of 1 year, from the date of purchase.

These e-Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Multiple e-Gift Vouchers cannot be clubbed in a single order.

No cancellation request of the e-Gift Vouchers are allowed.

By using e-Gift Vouchers, you agree to all Terms & Conditions of India Circus by Krsnaa Mehta

In cases where the order is canceled, the e-Gift Vouchers amount shall not be refunded.

In cases of replacement of the order, the replacement is offered only in cases of Damage in Transit, and the proof is to be submitted (email ID) within 72 hours of delivery. The customers are not entitled to any refunds & India Circus by Krsnaa Mehta reserves the right to cancel any requests for the same.

Quality dislike, Colour Dislike, Size Dislike are not included in the replacement and refund policy.

E-Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase Wallpapers and Fabrics.

If the order value exceeds the e-Gift Vouchers amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking at the time of check out.

If the order value is less than the amount of the e-Gift Vouchers, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same e-Gift Vouchers and can be used for subsequent transactions.

The e-Gift Vouchers, for buying and its application, will only be applicable within India.

Once the e-Gift Vouchers has been sent to the customer, then the customers are bound to protect the e-Gift Vouchers PIN or Gift Card number. In the event of fraudulent use of e-Gift vouchers due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser/customer, India Circus by Krsnaa Mehta shall not be held responsible for the same and no refund can be issued against such e-Gift Vouchers.

India Circus by Krsnaa Mehta, reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the e-Gift Voucher, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice, at its sole discretion.
